No phones at the table

‘No phones at the table’ is an intervention design project responding the object candle stick where I produced a series of limited edition identical works. Before the introduction of electricity into the home small mundane activities after dark were made possible by the light of a Candle. Candles are centred around oral communication bringing focus to faces and actions, capturing shared moments between people and a tangible representation of our time together.
